At Bead Bloom, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Bead Bloom box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
